At Cabot, we respect your privacy, and we are committed to managing and protecting your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).  This Policy describes how and why we collect, use and disclose your personal information. In this Policy, “Cabot”, “we” or “us” means Cabot Links at Inverness, Limited Partnership and its affiliated companies. We collect personal information you provide to us or other third parties on our behalf when you use our services or otherwise do business with us, such as making a reservation, booking a tee time, purchasing or leasing a home or property in one of our communities, participating in an on-line contest or completing a registration form or comment card, when you email or call us, or when you visit one of the various websites we operate for our golf courses, communities and properties. We do not condone “spamming”. The Websites are not directed for use by children. We do not intend to collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
